Iridium deploys Xelerate to automate real- time service provisioning to their customers

implemented SunTec’s revenue management and business assurance product suite,
Xelerate, to help provide end-to-end real-time automated service provisioning to
Iridium enables connections between people, organizations and assets to and from anywhere, in real time. Together with its ecosystem of partner companies, Iridium delivers an innovative and rich portfolio of reliable solutions for markets that require truly global communications.
With Xelerate, Iridium provides end-to-end real-time automated provisioning of various services that are offered to their customers through personal communication devices, Machine-to-Machine technology and broadband services. Xelerate provided a rule-driven automatic provisioning solution for multiple network elements and replaced multiple Iridium legacy systems which required manual intervention.
Xelerate enables Iridium to quickly provision new services with complex requirements, such as Iridium GO!TM which offers converged voice, data and tracking services, and to more efficiently manage existing services and privileges of its users. It also enables Iridium to improve operational efficiency through automated work flow and an intuitive user interface to configure business rules.
