A leading financial institution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) was looking for a reliable and compliant e-invoicing engine to meet the new e-invoicing mandate in the country and move away from physical to compliant digital invoices. The bank also wanted to ensure integration of their systems with the ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) systems as part of the second phase of the e-invoicing regime.
