The following steps are implemented in the corporate site in accordance with GDPR compliance.

Even if you close your account with SunTec, we will still retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, financial/audit requirements, to resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. However, we will identify your account in our database as “deleted” or “closed”.
