Amit Dua
In a career spanning 26+ years, Amit Dua has leveraged his deep insights and expertise to help banks successfully undertake a business and digital transformation journey. He is based in London and leads the Client Engagement, Alliances, and Industry Solutions functions for SunTec globally. Before joining SunTec, he served as Vice President & Regional Head for Europe, the Americas, Australia and New Zealand as well as Head of Global Alliances for the banking product business of Infosys Limited, a $18+ billion global firm. He also served as the Executive Sponsor of the Finacle Client Advisory Board. Amit has handled markets in advanced and emerging economies in Europe and the Americas including LATAM, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and Africa. He is a keen business strategist and lends thought leadership to contemporary topics like trends in banking technology, customer experience management, digital banking, channels, and core banking transformations, to name a few. Amit has a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Marketing.

Madhur is a senior executive at SunTec with over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. He specializes in Cross Industry Convergence, Platform Banking & Monetization, Digital Transformation, SaaS, Business Innovation, Customer Centricity, and Customer Experience Management. He has a proven track record of strategic thinking and execution in the areas of SaaS, domain and solution consulting, and product strategy while developing long-term industry partnerships.

Mudit Kumar
Mudit Kumar is a product management expert with over 24 years of experience, largely in the areas of Pricing, Billing, Product Catalog, Life Cycle Management, and Offer Management. As the VP of BFSI Products at SunTec, he leads strategic product management and innovations in the BFSI domain. He has held key leadership roles at SunTec including VP of Product Consulting, AVP of Product Management, and Head of Business Assurance (BA) and Solution CoE. He has worked with clients and partners across the globe on strategic IT transformation programs. He continues to play a key role in managing SunTec’s products.
He is a PhD scholar at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, researching Multi-Sided Platforms, Ecosystems, and Monetization Strategies.
Raj Vellore
Raj Vellore is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience in developing and deepening client relationships at Tier 1 banks across geographies. Based in London, he heads global strategic client engagements for SunTec.
Leveraging his extensive background in transaction banking, Raj not only shapes but also delivers robust commercial propositions that closely align with clients’ value drivers. His thought leadership is instrumental in driving success. He has successfully guided numerous clients in recognizing the value of relationship-based revenue management and has devised effective strategies to address revenue leakage while supporting their top-line growth initiatives.

Based in London, Pulkit focuses on Client Engagement and Alliances for SunTec across the UK and European territories. Before joining SunTec, he worked with ICICI Bank, the second-largest private sector bank in India, and with Infosys Limited, a $18+ billion global firm. Over the last 8+ years, Pulkit has helped banks that are among the top 100 in the world, in their digital transformation journey. Pulkit demonstrates excellent insights into digitalization strategies and regularly engages with banks on core modernization, digital customer experience, pricing strategies, revenue management, BaaS, and ecosystem monetization.
